First, we would like to express our sincere apologies, as a member of the GMO Internet Group, for the significant concern and anxiety caused by the unauthorized access incident involving Onamae.com Desktop Cloud, a service provided by GMO Internet, Inc., a consolidated subsidiary of GMO Internet Group.

The emergency maintenance that began at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026, is being conducted following the PHP vulnerability known as “PHP2Shell.” We have completed the necessary remediation. However, taking this incident within our group very seriously, we are conducting thorough additional security checks before resuming service, with the safety and security of BRANTECT byGMO users as our top priority.

Accordingly, we regret to inform you that the service resumption scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026, will be postponed.

Until service resumes, all BRANTECT byGMO features will remain unavailable, including login and Web Order functions.

As of this time, we have not confirmed any leakage, damage, or other compromise of customer information in BRANTECT byGMO.
