Thank you for your continued use of BRANTECT byGMO.

Please be advised that we will be conducting emergency maintenance in connection with a database version upgrade for our DNS service, RightsDNS, as outlined below.

Maintenance Schedule
From 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on Friday, October 23, through 6:00 a.m. on Friday, October 23, 2026 (JST)
(Starting at 24:00 on Thursday, October 22)

Affected Domains
Domains using RightsDNS as their name servers

Potential Impact
During the maintenance window, there will be two brief intervals, each lasting a few minutes, during which the following operations may result in an error:

Approving the addition, modification, or deletion of records
If you attempt this operation during either period, an error may occur and your changes will not be applied. DNS name resolution will not be interrupted, and there will be no impact on your normal use of websites, email, or other services.

You will still be able to log in to BRANTECT during the maintenance and perform operations other than those described above.

Request to Customers
Please refrain from modifying or approving DNS records during the maintenance window, from approximately 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on October 23. Please try again after the maintenance is complete.
