GMO-Z.com Lao and Two Partners to Host Cybersecurity Seminar for Critical Infrastructure in Collaboration with Lao Government Security Department (March 11, Vientiane)

GMO-Z.com Lao Co., Ltd. (Chief Executive Officer: Takeshi Yanagi; Headquarters: Vientiane, Laos), GMO Cybersecurity by Ierae, Inc. (Representative Director and CEO: Makoto Makita), and GMO Brand Security Inc. (Representative director and president: Mitsuaki Nakagawa) — all members of the GMO Internet Group — will host a cybersecurity seminar titled "Cybersecurity Threat Prevention and Brand Security" in Vientiane, Laos, on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, in collaboration with the Lao government.

The seminar targets security professionals from government agencies, banks, and Internet Service Providers (ISPs). This initiative aims to enhance the effectiveness of security measures for organizations managing critical infrastructure in a digital society. It is designed to contribute to the detection and defense against increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks, as well as to strengthen countermeasures against online fraud that exploits the brands of government and financial institutions.
