[BRANTECT by GMO] Launch of Beta Version AI Chatbot Utilizing ChatGPT for Domain Management Support
Supporting Governance Strengthening Through Corporate-Specific Learning
GMO BRAND SECURITY Inc. (President and CEO: Mitsuaki Nakagawa, hereinafter GMO BRAND SECURITY), a provider of brand SECURITY services under the GMO Internet Group, has integrated an AI chatbot function (beta version) utilizing ChatGPT into the domain management system "BRANTECT by GMO" starting from June 30, 2023. GMO BRAND SECURITY is one of the first corporate registrars to implement such a feature.
This AI chatbot is designed to streamline domain name operations and improve quality. By training it on the corporate domain guidelines, the chatbot can respond to users with guideline information. Effective dissemination and operation of domain guidelines within the company are expected to achieve proper domain management.
